By using the services of Vishwa Old Age Home & Home Nursing Service ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
We provide old age home accommodation, home nursing, patient care and related elder care services. Specific care plans, schedules and pricing are agreed separately in writing or verbally before services begin.
Booking & Cancellation
Services may be booked via phone, WhatsApp or our enquiry form. We require reasonable notice for cancellations. Cancellation policies for specific services will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment
Fees are agreed before services commence. We strive for transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Payment terms will be specified in your care agreement.
Care Responsibilities
While we provide professional, compassionate care, we are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician. Family members remain responsible for major medical decisions and for informing us of any changes in the patient's condition.
Liability
We take all reasonable care in providing our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
